- 3 Step Process for making AcharFor Raw mango pickle: Step 1 – Wash 1 kg raw mangoes well and dry them well. Ensure that no moisture is left within them.Step 2 – Remove the seeds and cut them into cubes.
Step 3 – Add Bankatji Achar Masala 200gm in it & 100 gm. oil (Mustard oil or any edible oil) & mix well. Let it marinate for 1 day. Your Achar is ready to use.
